要注意有否刮伤，缺件及松动等现象，模向滑板动作是否确实，水道及气管接头有无泄漏，模具之开程若有限制的话也应在模上标明。以上动作若能在挂模前做的话，就可避免在挂模时发现问题，再去拆卸模具所发生的工时浪费。
